I still haven't had a chance to review and organize the various materials I'd like to make available to you, but I wanted to pass on at least the Forks Over Knives video. I'll add other materials as I get a chance later.

Though you may be able to stream the video by left clicking on the link below, depending on a few variables, there might be some problems, so it might be best to download it (right-click and Save Link As). I use the VLC player, which works quite well (there are versions for MacOS as well as Windows and Linux (the operating system I use)). Another advantage of playing the video on your own computer, rather than streamng it, is that you can use the subtitles file if you choose (VLC will find it automatically if you put it into the same folder as the video file).

While I'm at it, you can download the Forks Over Knives book as either a PDF or an EPUB file, which is the format of other books I'll be passing on later, and may be better suited to reading. I recommend the Calibre reader for viewing EPUB files. Like VLC, Calibre comes in several flavours, and is free.
